Return & Refund Policy

You can always return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items will be refunded when returned in original condition including attached price tags and seal-bags.

Exchange and return in the No Label Stores Items can only be returned or exchanged by showing your ID and order confirmation email on phone or tablet.

Return by postal service If you would like to return your order via postal service, please follow the steps below. If you prefer a different article or size, please place a new order online or go to your nearest stores for an exchange. Items purchased in-store can only be returned in-store.

How do I return my order?

The costs outside The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are on the customer’s behalf.  You can easily return your purchase by following a few steps:

Step 1. Place the item(s) in a secure package.

Step 2. Visit nolabel.returnista.com.

Step 3. Fill in your email address and order number.

Step 4. Select the items you want to return and the return reason.

Step 5. Select your shippingmethod, and print the shipping label if needed.

Step 6. Take your package to your preferred drop-off point, or wait for pickup.

- Once your return order has arrived at our warehouse and has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

- Your money will be refunded within 14 working days.

- Shipping costs for a return from NL, BE, and DE are covered by us if you return items using our provided instructions. We do not cover shipping costs from other destinations.

- If you received your order with Cycloon, you can also use their pick-up service to return your purchase: track your package at their Track&Trace page, register your return, fill in the return form, and await the courier to come and pick up your package.
