Your Account

You can place an order without creating an account but we advise you to create one before ordering No Label products at our webshop. Add your favorite products to your cart, open your cart and click on ‘continue to checkout’. Choose ‘continue as guest’ and fill in your personal details. You’re now able to complete your order without creating an account.  

  1. Click on ‘Account’. You can find the Account button on the right side of the top bar on the website.

  2. Click on the grey ‘Sign Up‘ button.

  3. Fill in your email address and password, accept our terms (read them first!) and click on ‘Create account.

  4. Welcome! You’re now part of the No Label family!

Cost breakdown

Part of our philosophy is to show you the real cost of our products. We believe you are entitled to transparency when it comes to our production chain and what the difference is versus the industry standards.

Our price breakdown will empower you to make a decision on what’s fair and what’s honest!

Here is how the fashion industry works traditionally:

Cost price (production price) x 2 to 2.5 (on average) = Wholesale Price

Wholesale price x 2.5 (on average) = Retail Price.

Here is an example with our shirt that has a cost price of €19,68.

Traditional Price = €19,68 x 2.5 = 49,2€ (Wholesale price) x 2.5 = €123 (Retail Price).

No Label = €19,68 x 3.51 = €69 (Retail Price).

By cutting off middlemen, we simplify the chain to give you Fair Prices for High-Quality products.

Here is an example with our shirt sold for € 69:

  • € 19,68 = cost price (production)

  • € 14,49 = VAT (21%)

  • € 34,83 = Gross Margin

The gross margin covers for the development of the products, employees, taxes and company expenses (stores, office, coffee, etc…).

The word wholesale simply means selling in bulk quantities and retail stands for selling merchandise in small quantities. When the goods are manufactured, they are sold in large quantities (wholesale) to the wholesalers who further sells them to the retailers who finally sells them to the ultimate customers. While a wholesaler sells goods to the businesses, as they purchase goods to sell it further. On the other hand, a retailer targets final consumers and sells goods to them. As you can see in the cost breakdown, No Label manufactures and sells their own products which means the supply chain is shorter and products can be offered against a sharp but fair price. 


Outside the European Union your order is exempt from VAT (21%). Once you have selected your shipping method and country, the price will automatically be adjusted. Please keep in mind that your country (e.g. UK) may require you to pay import duties and/or value added taxes (VAT), which are always your own responsibility to pay.

Yes, it is possible to park your car nearby one of our stores. If you are lucky, you can even park right in front of our store. Please take a look at our ‘visit us’ page for our store locations and opening hours.

Take tram 5 to ‘Van Hallstraat’. Get off at tram stop ‘Emmastraat’ and walk for 5 minutes to Willemsparkweg 66.

Rotterdam No Label store:

From Rotterdam central station (10 minutes):

Take metro E to ‘Slinge’. Get off at metro station ‘Stadhuis’ and walk for 5 minutes to Westewagenstraat 21.

Utrecht No Label store

From Utrecht central station (10 minutes):

Walk 10 minutes to Lijnmarkt 19A.

Den Haag No Label store

From Den Haag central station (15 minutes):

Walk 15 minutes to Hoogstraat 14.

Designer Outlet Roosendaal No Label store

From Roosendaal station (10 minutes):

Take bus 112 to 'Bergen op Zoom' or bus 104 to 'Hoogerheide Aviolanda'. Get off at 'Designer Outlet'.


Click on the size guide link on our product pages and check what size you need. As a rule of thumb you can add 16 to your regular waist size, so 32 will be a size 48. However do take into account short or long length. If you would like personal advice, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service ( or drop by in one of our stores.

Measure your favorite sweater, pants or jacket and compare these measurements with our size guides. Always measure your clothes flat, this means on one side. Our size guides are also based on flat measurements and not on circumference measurements.

The size guides of our products can be found at the right upper corner on the product pages near the available sizes. 

As a customer you are able to check our store stock for a certain product by following the next steps:

  1. Open the product page of a product you’d like to purchase in-store

  2. Select your size

  3. A new line pops up under the ‘add to cart’ button which says ‘In stock in Utrecht Store’ or ‘Out of stock in Rotterdam Store’.

  4. If the circle which pops up is green, it means the product is in store in the displayed store. If the circle is red it means the product is out of stock in the displayed store.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return your bought item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items will be refunded when returned in original condition including price tags and seal-bags. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Note: All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with. Socks can not be returned.

Yes, you can exchange or return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase in any of our stores.

Pick up in-store orders can only be returned via the store where you have picked them up.

After we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

When you are unable to select a size, colour or design this means that the item is currently sold out. Sign up with your email address to be notified of a restock.

It is not possible to cancel your order. However, you can return your purchase(s) within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a refund.

On selected items there is a possibility to pre-order a product.

We do not run the usual seasonal sales. However we might surprise you with an occasional promotion.

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We're here for you!

In an exceptional case it can happen a product is sold to you but actually is out of stock. In this case the order will be adjusted and the amount paid for the product that is not in stock will be refunded immediately. The remaining products of the order will be sent to the delivery address. As a customer you will receive a notification of the adjustment.

No Label ships to countries within the EU, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Please check the list with all countries and shipping rates here.

We aim to deliver within 3 working days, depending on the destination.

Unfortunately this is not possible. We deliver to home and office addresses only.

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

Store Pick-Up

In store pick-up becomes available when all items are available from a store location.

Choose the option ‘Pick up’ in the checkout and select your nearest store. Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. 

Our staff will prepare your order (usually within 2 hours during our opening times), you will receive an email when the order is ready. Go to the chosen store with your order confirmation email to pick up your order.

Pick up in-store orders can only be returned via the store where you have picked them up.

Product care

Merino wool, lambswool – there are many different types of wool. Most do not need to be washed that often and can be spot cleaned where needed and simply aired out.

When you do wash wool, always check the instructions on the care label first and either wash it by hand or in the delicate cycle on your washing machine on a low temperature and with a mild detergent. Put wool in a mesh washing bag to prevent snagging and felting.

To avoid stretching the wool fibres, do not wring wool clothes and always dry them flat, preferably on a towel to absorb any extra moisture.

Ironing after washing helps to restore the material’s natural sheen – use a steam iron on the wool setting and a pressing cloth.

Linen is a strong natural fabric that gets softer with use and time. Wash linen in the machine on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent without bleach or optical brightening agents. Follow the temperature recommendations on the product’s care label or instructions – in general, dark colours should be washed at a low temperature to reduce the risk of fading.

Line dry, if possible – it is kinder to both the product and the environment and gives linen a crisp feel. If you prefer a softer feel, tumble dry at a low temperature for a few rotations, then remove and hang until fully dry. Note that tumble drying and heavy centrifuging will add to the wear of linen; use cautiously to ensure the longest possible life for your product.

Always check the care instructions that accompany a product, as they might indicate specific instructions due to colour, print, construction or end-use.

Shoe polish and/or waterproofing spray should be applied to leather boots. This simple measure will improve their protection against water, extending the life of your boots and making them more capable of withstanding dirt.

Just use waterproofing spray for suede and nubuck, not polish. Try not to wear your suede/nubuck boots if it is raining or very damp out, because this could cause staining on the product and the dye in the product could rub off onto your belongings more easily. Insert shoe trees to keep your shoes in shape, and use a shoe horn to protect the highbacks/heels of your shoes when you put them on. Undo your laces and buckles when taking your shoes off and putting them on.

Cotton can be machine or hand washed. To prevent garments from shrinking and to keep them looking their best, wash at 30°.

Pre ‑treat stains before washing by dabbing a small amount of stain remover on the area. For darker pieces, patch test on an inside seam to check the colour won’t be affected.

Hang cotton out to dry, as heat from tumble dryers can cause it to shrink.
